Apple Health, Health Connect and Strava in Kronos
What Kronos shares with your health apps, which permissions you control, and where Strava fits.
What does the health integration share?
On iPhone, Kronos can write completed workouts to Apple Health and read your body-weight entries. On Android, Health Connect does the same two jobs. A workout goes across with its duration and an energy estimate; the estimate is an estimate, not a measurement.
Who controls the permissions?
You do. Connect the integration in the app, then grant or revoke each permission in Apple Health or Health Connect whenever you like. A body weight you type into Kronos wins over one it reads.
What goes to Strava?
Connect your Strava account and completed sessions go across with their training detail. Sending needs a connection. Health and Strava sync are both free.
Does Kronos have an Apple Watch app?
Coming soon. The phone app already talks to Apple Health, which is not the same thing as a Watch companion, so we are not going to pretend it is.
