Kronos
Early access

Kronos is open. You’re early, and that’s the point. We’d rather refine the edges with you than without you. Walk with us.

Challenges

Nobody skips leg day
in front of the group chat.

A challenge is a workout pact with your crew: same plan, same days, everyone on one board. Kronos hands out the work and keeps the score. No coach, no honor system.

Three friends grinning around a phone showing a Kronos challenge: today's targets, the crew goal, and the board.

Two kinds

Pick your poison.

Workout challenges

Kronos builds a fresh workout for the whole crew on the days you pick. Grab a preset like Daily core, or set the focus, the days and how many weeks it runs.

Six challenge presets: Daily core, Legs and glutes, Weekday mix, Daily sweat, Full body 3x, and Consistency bet, each with minutes and days.

Goal challenges

Pick 1 to 4 movements and the numbers to hit, like 100 squats every weekday. The numbers climb each week and the board keeps count.

A goal challenge movement, dumbbell deadlifts, with weekly targets that climb: 10 in week 1, 20 in week 2, 30 in week 3.

How it works

Start one in about a minute.

  1. The Start a challenge screen: presets like Daily core and Full body 3x, a Customize option, and goal challenges below.
    01

    One of you creates it.

Pick Workout or Goal, how long it runs and which days count. Every challenge kicks off on a Monday, so nobody joins mid-plot.

  2. 02

    Everyone else enters the code.

Drop it in the chat. Friends tap the link, or tap "Have a challenge code?" in the app, and they see who’s in before they commit to anything.

  3. Day 2 of a challenge called Bodyweight burner: today's targets, a Start the workout button, the crew goal, and the board.
    03

    Do the day’s work.

One workout for everybody, or your numbers to chase. Finish and your cell on the board fills in, and your streak grows.

The board

The board does the talking.

Who showed up is right there, no screenshots required. Fist bumps and fire for whoever did. A poke for whoever’s slacking.

Crew insights keeps the receipts: time trained, reps and holds, streaks, and who trained on which day, for the whole crew.

Crew insights for week 1: 26 minutes trained, reps and streaks, crew completion, and a who-trained-each-day grid.

The anti-75 Hard

Strict about showing up. Relaxed about everything else.

Rest days count.

The streak measures whether you showed up for the challenge, not whether you punished yourself every single day.

The workout bends.

Short on time, sore, stuck with a hotel gym? The day’s workout adapts the way every Kronos workout does.

Missing a day isn’t fatal.

Wildcards cover the odd missed day. The challenge doesn’t reset to zero because life happened on a Wednesday.

The challenge a coach would actually program.

The invite

Friends see it before they install anything.

Every challenge gets a link worth sending: the name, who’s in, and today’s actual workout. It does the convincing, so you don’t have to.

Fair questions.

Do my friends need the app to join a challenge?

To do the challenge, yes, and it’s free. But the invite link shows everything before they install: the name, who’s in, and the actual daily work.

Are challenges free?

Free to join, free to do. The free plan runs one challenge at a time; Kronos Pro removes that cap.

Do we all do the same workout?

In a workout challenge, yes: same plan, same days, and each person’s session still adapts to their own equipment. In a goal challenge you chase the same numbers wherever you are.

What happens if someone misses a day?

Wildcards cover the odd missed day, rest days count toward the streak, and nothing resets to zero because life happened on a Wednesday.

When do challenges start?

Mondays. Everyone starts on the same week 1, so nobody joins mid-plot and the board starts even.
