Laughing over a post-workout smoothie at the kitchen counter

A month of workouts for the price of one meal.

Kronos Pro costs less than the smoothie you’ll drink after it.

What you’re paying for

A training engine, not a stopwatch.

Here’s what the subscription actually buys, with the numbers attached.

While Kronos thinks (Looking at your history, Comparing exercises), the finished plan floats over it: Push Muscle Builder, 28 to 36 minutes, five blocks, with warm-up moves and the first strength block.

Generate

Built for the day you’re having.

Tell it the place, the time and the focus. It reads your history and writes a real workout: warm-up, working blocks, rest that fits the minutes you actually have.

  • 580 exercises across 66 kinds of equipment
  • The weight is prescribed too, from the plates you own
  • About 25 dials, from intensity to warm-up style
A running program: The Foundation in week 1, today's Balanced Full Body session ready to start, the four weeks laid out below with Groove, Build and Prove phases, and the re-test counting down.

Programs

An arc, not a PDF.

Sixteen programs from two to eight weeks. Base weeks, build weeks, a deload where it’s earned, and the same test on day one and in the last week, so you finish with a number.

  • Day 1 of any program is free; the rest is Pro
  • Any order, any day: three by Sunday is the deal
  • Run one with a crew and everyone gets their own sessions
The workout timer mid-set, with the rest state floating over it: REST, up next Incline Dumbbell Press, 4 to 6 reps, 1 minute 54 on the clock.

Train

A timer that knows the assignment.

One generic countdown doesn’t fit twelve formats. An AMRAP gets a block clock and a tap per round, an EMOM tells you which minute you’re in, a chipper counts up while you tick work off.

  • 12 formats, from straight sets to Tabata to carries
  • 3 pacing modes, switchable at every block
  • Cues blend into your music instead of stopping it
The set logger: weight and reps steppers pre-filled with 5 kg by 8, plus Log, Skip, Did fewer and Failed set.

Track

Your last set, already filled in.

Weight and reps arrive pre-filled from last time, so one tap logs the set while the rest clock keeps running. Or switch logging off and never see a number.

  • Knows a plank is seconds and a carry is distance
  • Records, an estimated 1RM trend, and an all-time view
  • Apple Health and Health Connect, workouts out and weight in
A goal challenge movement, dumbbell deadlifts, with weekly targets that climb: 10 in week 1, 20 in week 2, 30 in week 3.

Together

Drag the group chat into it.

A challenge is a workout pact: same plan, same days, one board. Kronos hands out the work and keeps the score, so nobody has to be the group admin.

  • Shared workouts, or a daily number that climbs each week
  • Crews up to 500, with grace days and catch-up weeks
  • Cheers, well-aimed pokes, and a wall of earned days

Offline

Hotel basement gym? Airplane mode? The workout doesn’t care.

Start it, run it, log every set, rate it and finish it with no connection at all. It syncs when you’re back and credits the day you actually trained, so your streak stays honest. Only building a brand new workout needs signal.

Fair questions.

What do I get without paying anything?

The interval timer in every mode, all twelve workout formats, full set logging, saving and building your own workouts, the whole Library to browse, your week plan, training offline, Strava and Apple Health sync, and any challenge you get invited to. Plus 5 generated workouts, day 1 of any program, and three Library or self-built runs a month to see what the app does.

What happens after the 5 free workouts?

Nothing you were already using stops. The timer, your saved workouts and presets, logging, your week plan and your challenges all keep working exactly as before. Library and self-built runs keep coming, three a month between them. Only new generated workouts and the rest of a program wait behind Pro.

Is joining a challenge free?

Yes, and it always will be. Somebody sends you a code, you join, you do the work, you show up on the board. The free plan runs one challenge at a time, so a rematch waits its turn. Pro runs up to 10 at once.

Is there a free trial?

The free plan is the trial. Nothing in it expires, and 5 generated workouts show you what Pro makes before you pay for anything. Pro bills from the day you subscribe.

Can I cancel?

Any time, from your Apple or Google account settings, in about four taps. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the free plan picks up where it left off.

What if I want a refund?

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, not by us, because they take the payment. Ask through the App Store or Google Play and they will sort it out.

Why is the price different in my country?

Apple and Google set the local price for each storefront, so the number you see at checkout is the real one. We show your country’s price when we can work out where you are, and the store always has the final word.
